Are there any fees for sellers?
Sellers pay a portion of the Escrow.com fee (typically around 0.45% of the sale price, split with the buyer). There are no kicktide fees for sellers.
Can I list multiple routes at once?
Yes! You can create unlimited listings at no cost. Each transaction that completes incurs the $400 brokerage fee (paid by the buyer).
What if my route doesn't sell?
There's no cost to create or maintain a listing. If your route doesn't sell, you pay nothing. You can edit pricing, add photos, or withdraw the listing at any time.
How do Escrow.com fees work?
Escrow.com charges a fee based on the transaction amount and payment method (typically 0.89% split between buyer and seller). These fees are disclosed before the transaction begins and paid directly to Escrow.com.
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. kicktide is completely free to use. We only make money when you successfully complete a transaction via the $400 brokerage fee (paid by buyer).
