How does the marketplace work?
kicktide is a marketplace for buying and selling pool service accounts. Sellers list their routes, buyers browse and purchase, and we handle the secure transaction through Stripe and Escrow.com.
What is the brokerage fee?
We charge a flat $400 brokerage fee per transaction, paid by the buyer at checkout. This fee covers transaction processing and platform maintenance.
How long does the transaction take?
After the brokerage fee is paid, you'll fund the purchase through Escrow.com. Once the seller transfers the accounts and you confirm receipt, Escrow.com releases the funds. The entire process typically takes 5-10 business days.
Can I sell and buy on the same account?
Yes! All users can both buy and sell pool routes on the platform. You can list your own routes while browsing and purchasing others.
